Red or pink? The time has come to clarify the color of the uniforms of the guards of Squid Game'
A debate that has a strong answer in the series itself.
‘Squid Game’ is once again the phenomenon of the moment, its second season has once again conquered the world and the uniforms of its guards are already everywhere. Their characteristic pink color... Or red? Yes, as you read, just like a decade ago with the famous blue and black or white and gold suit, there is again a debate about the color of an outfit and not everyone seems to see it the same way.
Among all the mysteries surrounding the Korean series created by Hwang Dong-hyuk, one of the questions that many viewers ask is the color of the guards' suits. The answer is simpler than it seems, and most of you might be thinking: yes, the color of the suits is pink. Many may think that it is red, but the show itself confirms the color in its second season, when in one of the first scenes within the deadly game, player 196 comments on how much she likes the uniforms because she loves the color pink.

So what is the debate about? The lighting of some scenes may lead some viewers to doubt, seeing them with a darker tone, but the natural lighting of many of its sequences clearly reveal that the color used by the emblematic guards of ‘Squid Game’ is pink. An indispensable part of the game and that, in this season 2, we have been shown that, like the players, they are also carefully recruited by organizers of whom we know very little and to whom nothing escapes.
