South of Midnight reveals itself as a gothic, stop-motion dream
The next game from the creators of We Happy Few has been revealed as a third-person action adventure with an incredible visual style
It was announced at last year’s event, but it was this Xbox Games Showcase 2024 in which South of Midnight monopolized all the spotlights and applause from viewers with a new and spectacular gameplay trailer. The game from the creators of We Happy Few has been revealed as a third-person action and platform adventure with a very particular visual (and sound!!) style. The game, which uses techniques to make it look almost stop-motion, takes us to the swamps of southern United States, where a young bounty hunter goes in search of a target... and its respective loot.
With a captivating setting, full of fantasy creatures reminiscent of the imagination of Tim Button, the game seems a promising adventure of a lifetime and will arrive on Xbox Series X|S and PC in 2025. We leave you with its official synopsis:
