The post-credits scene is fairly simple, but mysterious. It shows the Spidey tracker developed by Ned trying to locate Spider-Man’s last known location. However, it can’t find him. First, it searches Queens, but comes up empty. It isn’t until a few seconds later that it begins to detect something, locating Spider-Man in space. After that, it simply states that “Spider-Man will return” without specifying which movie. What’s the reason for this? Could Spidey end up in space in *Avengers: Doomsday*? Or is it a connection to the ‘Secret Wars’ comics, where Spider-Man is one of the heroes teleported onto a spaceship that takes them to Battleworld… and where Spider-Man first comes into contact with the symbiote…
