‘Spy x Family’ Season 3 keeps its release window for this year and debuts new artwork
Loid, Yor, Anya and Bond will return this year.

If we don’t count the movie, it’s been over a year since we stopped watching our favorite current anime family, the Forgers. However, since last year we already had a release window for the highly anticipated ‘Spy x Family’ Season 3, which is shaping up for fall 2025. The anime’s official account has confirmed this release window, as well as revealed new promotional art, which you can see below:
Spy x Family Season 3 will continue its mission at the end of 2025
Through a post on the official ‘Spy x Family’ account on X (formerly Twitter), it has been claimed that Season 3 will arrive in October of this year, continuing Loid, Yor, Anya and Bond’s mission to protect the peace of the world (and try to be a functional fake family). We still have no new details about it, as the publication only mentions: “Season 3 will begin airing in October. The Forger family will soon be returning to TV. Stay tuned for more updates.” Since Jump Festa 2025 that we have no new information about the series, when its current release window was announced.
It should be remembered that Season 2 of ‘Spy x Family’ premiered the same way in October 2023 with a premiere every Saturday and a total of 12 episodes. In 2024, unfortunately, the series was paused to make way for its first feature film, ‘Spy x Family: Code White’, which took the Forgers on a winter vacation, although this did not stop them from having to save the world.
In our review of ‘Spy x Family: Code White’, we mentioned that it is “a very good first Forger adventure in the cinema. The movie works perfectly as a way to enter the world of this anime because in its microcosm as a story that lives separately from what is seen in the anime or manga, it manages to capture the elements necessary to understand the essence of what this series is all about. The animation work keeps up with, and in some cases surpasses, what we see on television with situations and scenes that could not work in the same way within the series.”
