Big news in Los Angeles: Star Wars Fate of the Old Republic is official. It comes from the studio of Casey Hudson, legendary director of BioWare and one of the minds behind the creation of Mass Effect. The hype is huge, but there is still no release date.

It’s not just cinema coming with Star Wars: 007 is also present

During Gamescom 2025, we attended a private presentation to see 007 First Light running in real time. Our impressions were positive, except for the vehicle chases. “Everything is scripted to cause surprise, but the truth is that it gets a little messy. We don’t think it’s very epic. It doesn’t bring together situations that make you stick to the screen. Maybe because it’s one of the first ones, who knows. Our feeling is that it went on too long, even though we are in control of the steering wheel at all times.”

In conclusion, “At first glance, it seems that 007: First Light is faithful to the license, its tone, and situations. Perhaps a little too exaggerated (more than usual on the big screen), but there they are. Without having tried it out, it seems like a game that handles the variety of situations it faces well. We are eager to see what the missions are like in their entirety and how the epic moments measure up against the moments of infiltration.”
