A renowned British artist who could play his best role.

HBO’s ’Harry Potter’ series is one of the most anticipated productions on television, and every piece of news that comes out about it is a talking point. We already know the names of some of the artists who will be playing some of the beloved characters created by J.K. Rowling in this new version, and now the name of Nick Frost as the next Rubeus Hagrid has come to light, as reported by Deadline.

One of the most endearing characters in the whole play, originally played by the late Robbie Coltrane, the British Nick Frost is a perfect fit for the role. He is a well-known figure on the big screen and on television, where he has mostly played comedic roles. He is one of the great protagonists of the so-called Cornetto trilogy, with the wonderful ‘Shaun of the Dead’ being the film that started this strange series of films.

A series that will give a lot to talk about

It is expected that the Harry Potter series will be able to adapt one book per season, which would mean a minimum of seven seasons. A remarkable extension that confirms a project that will demand a lot from all its actors. What can this work contribute that we did not have in the cinema? Due to the longer length of a TV series compared to a film, it is intended to cover more material from the books that could not appear in the films.

The big question is who will bring the main trio to life, as it is currently unknown who will be the new Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley.
