‘The Big Bang Theory’ is preparing a new spin-off, with Jim Parsons teasing a possible return

It seems like there are more stories to tell for ‘The Big Bang Theory’, as a new spin-off is on the way with one of the faces of the show possibly returning.

One of the most popular comedy series of all time has undoubtedly been ‘The Big Bang Theory’, which has also managed to stand out with its spin-off ‘Young Sheldon’, and with that series wrapping up, the showrunners are already preparing for a new series within the universe for which there is still no title but we already know who will be part of it. The series will follow Stuart Bloom and his comic book store, a character played by Kevin Sussman and who will be followed by other actors from the main series such as Brian Posehn and Lauren Lapkus in the role of Bert Kibbler and Susan Fischer. Given this news, many are wondering if Sheldon Cooper will appear again.

The character played by Jim Parsons is the soul of ‘The Big Bang Theory’, and the spin-off dedicated to his childhood proves it. In an appearance on the talk show ‘Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?’ he spoke about his possible appearance: “As we sit here now, no, but I also I would I never say never to anything, because life just changes so much. You know, one of the things is that it was so special as what it was as what it is. And they call it lightning in a bottle for a reason, and you can be certain it wouldn’t be that. And so why would we be doing it? I don’t know that that’s how I feel on that right now. But like I say, God willing, life is very long.”

The dream comeback of Sheldon Cooper

Jim Parsons does not rule out the possibility of playing Sheldon Cooper again at some point in the new spin-off, so a moment dreamed of by many fans of Chuck Lorre’s work could become a reality. A total of 280 episodes of the main series and four Emmy Awards for his performance confirm what was an enormous success that continues to this day.
