The Epic Games Store is giving away ‘Escape Academy’ for free as part of its holiday gift season

The Epic Games Store is continuing its tradition of giving away games, and during the Christmas season it’s going all out: one free game every day from today and until January 4, 2024. Every 24 hours, a new title will take the stage, available for all Epic users to claim forever at no cost whatsoever. We’ve had epic multiplayer shooters, AAA ghost-hunting action games, beloved indie racers, open worlds, and much more. And today we’re getting yet another title.

Today’s title is Escape Academy. Train to become the ultimate Escapist. Solve Puzzles. Hack Servers. Meet the Faculty. Brew the perfect cup of tea. Escape Rooms in single player or co-op with a friend - local or online!

You’ve just arrived at Escape Academy, a school where promising students train to become the ultimate Escapist. Play over a dozen masterfully hand crafted rooms, designed by experienced experts in the field of REAL LIFE escape rooms.Experience the entirety of Escape Academy alone in single player OR through two player co-operative play. Available in local or online splitscreen.

Explore the campus of Escape Academy and get to know the faculty, a colorful cast of characters, each an expert in the art of Escape. And some with secrets yet to be uncovered. Featuring Music and Sound Design by the one and only doseone (Gang Beasts, SLUDGE LIFE, Disc Room, Enter the Gungeon).

Don’t forget that you only get 24 hours to claim each of the free games being given away at the Epic Games Store, if you missed one, you won’t get a chance to claim it unless the store chooses to give it away again in the future. The rotation takes place every day at 8:00 AM PT, and as we mentioned before, we’ll be getting new titles all the way to January 4, 2024.
