The truth about the Upside Down in ‘Stranger Things’

The Duffers have assured us that the fifth and final season of ‘Stranger Things’ will answer, once and for all, the biggest mysteries of the series, the Upside Down being the biggest of them all: “Every season would be like, ‘Should we talk about it?’ And we’d go, ‘No, let’s wait.’ And then finally, we’re like, ‘Well, we have to now!’” explain the Duffer brothers.

The creators are clear about what answers we can expect throughout the final season of 'Stranger Things,’ and they won’t disappoint fans: “We do every last remaining thing we wanted to do with the Demogorgons and Mind Flayer and Vecna and the Upside Down and Hawkins and these characters. This is a complete story. It’s done,” say the Duffers.

According to its top executives, they have wrapped up all the storylines as they wanted to with the fifth season of ‘Stranger Things;’ that’s why it has taken them so long to present the finale of such a famous and popular series around the world, even studying the best endings of the best series, such as ‘Six Feet Under’ and ‘The Sopranos’:

“The best ones were very true to themselves,” explains Ross. “The shows that are trying to be super clever — I think that’s where it can go wrong really quickly,” conclude the Duffers. All this and much more in the final season of Stranger Things, coming soon to Netflix, divided into three parts.
