‘The Last of Us’ Season 2 already has an actress for Dina: Isabela Merced is the chosen one

The second season of ‘The Last of Us’ on HBO continues to heat up and its main creators, Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann, continue to reveal the faces of the actors and actresses who will be stepping into the shoes of their main characters. Throughout this week we have witnessed news such as the selection of Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, as well as Young Mazino as Jesse.
Well, we already have an actress for another one of the most important characters of The Last of Us: Part 2′, who, how could it be otherwise, will be present in the second season of the series: Isabela Merced, who will be playing Dinah.
This is not the first time we see her working with a video game license, as the American-Peruvian actress is the voice of Ava in Kingdom Hearts X Back Cover, although it is on the big screen where she has enjoyed greater popularity thanks to movies such as ‘Sweet Girl’ and ‘Dora and the Lost City of Gold’. 2024 will be a very busy year for her, as we will also see her in ‘Madame Web’ and ‘Alien: Romulus’.
