The latest teaser for Fortnite's new season hints at new outfits and vehicles coming soon
Next season’s villain is partially revealed, along with some of the new vehicles coming soon to Fortnite, thanks to the latest teaser.
Epic Games continues to give information in drips and drabs about Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3, the game’s new season that will be available next Friday, May 24, 2024. On this occasion, those responsible for Fortnite Battle Royale have shared a new teaser that seems to be part of the trailer for this upcoming season, and in the few seconds of the video clip, we can see interesting details such as some new outfits and new vehicles.

Epic released this teaser on its official channels, such as its social media, and it is accompanied by a very clear message: “SEATBELTS: ON”, referring to the post-apocalyptic theme of the new season, where new vehicles will arrive with which to advance through an island ravaged by the huge sandstorm that is coming.
Perhaps most interesting is the fact that the sandstorm created by the final mini-event of Chapter 5 Season 2 is not natural, but artificial. In the teaser, we can see the view from the inside, and we understand that the next villain of the game unleashes his henchmen on the island, ordering them to drive towards it on vehicles such as dirt bikes, monster trucks and ATVs, as well as a new speedboat.
In fact, if we look at the teaser, when the hatch of the villains’ vehicle is “opened,” it appears that they arrive in one of those shark-shaped boats that serve as transportation for land vehicles.
The silhouette of the villain suggests that he is a man of stocky build, with a mechanical arm and a shiny beard. It matches this season’s thumbnail image from Fortnite’s 2024 roadmap.
This is a character that would not be out of place in the universe of ‘Mad Max’... or Fallout’s, with which it has been confirmed that there will be a collaboration during this new season.
As we commented in the first paragraph of the news, this video clip seems to be a short fragment of the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 trailer, which will be released on the same day as the start of the new season: May 24, 2024. Epic Games just wants to get us excited by creating a lot of expectations for this new stage of the game.
