The latest trailer for the finale of Stranger Things 5 takes an unexpected turn and confirms who the real star of the series is
Almost ten years after its premiere, the most popular series in Netflix history will come to an end in a matter of hours.
In the hours leading up to the eagerly awaited premiere of the finale of Stranger Things, anticipation is sky high and fans of the Netflix series are putting forward all kinds of theories. There is debate about who the real protagonist of the story is, as the passing of the seasons has led many people to forget about Eleven and focus almost entirely on Will Byers and the evil Vecna, but the new trailer for episode 8 of Stranger Things 5 clears up any doubts: the main character is Eleven, the character with psychic powers played by Millie Bobby Brown.
The brief scenes shown in the video are a statement of intent, as we see Jim Hopper asking Eleven to fight “one last time,” knowing full well that her powers will be a key factor in the final battle against Vecna. He also reminds her of everything she has been through to get to this point, recalling that there were “horrible people” who took away her childhood, manipulated her, and abused her. It is a highly motivational speech that ends with valuable advice: “Fight for the days on the other side of this.”
