The PS Plus Extra and Premium games of December 2023 include GTA V, Final Fantasy Origins, and more

It’s the last month of the year, and to celebrate it seems like Sony still had a lot of surprises for PlayStation Plus members. The official PlayStation blog has just revealed the new titles that are coming to the PS Plus Extra and Premium libraries this December, 2023, including indie gems, unexpected classics, and the biggest Grand Theft Auto title until now.

As mentioned before, Grand Theft Auto V is probably the month’s biggest title. Rockstar Games’ crown jewel that was originally released in 2013 comes as the PlayStation 5 version updated with stunning visuals, faster loading, adaptive triggers, haptic feedback, Tempest 3D audio and more, plus exclusive content for GTA Online players. Experience the interwoven stories of Franklin, Michael, and Trevor in the sprawling open world of Los Santos and Blaine County. In GTA Online, explore an ever-evolving online universe where you can rise from street-level hustler to become a kingpin of your own criminal empire.

But that is far from the only great game you’ll be able to enjoy this month. Team Ninja’s Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is bringing all of its chaos, Metal: Hellsinger brings is a rhythm based heavy-metal shooter that’ll have you slaying demons to the beat, Salt and Sacrifice is a fantastic 2D souls-like set in a world of evil mages and monsters, and there are many, many more games on the list.
