Lord of the Rings

There were many more than Frodo and Sauron: These were the 8 carriers of the One Ring

Gollum, Isildur and even Sam himself held the greatest treasure of Middle-earth.

Sauron Anillo Único

For the uninitiated, when we speak of the One Ring, we are referring to a jewel created in secret by the Dark Lord Sauron, who had to use all of his power, and did so with the primary goal of subjugating the free peoples of Middle-earth under his control, and to dominate the other rings of power to such an extent that their existence is tied to that of the One Ring.

A part of the shape-shifter’s spirit dwells within it, and its use tends to corrupt those who use it while increasing Sauron’s power. It was forged in the flames of Mount Doom, and despite the arduous task of reaching that place, it can only be destroyed there. Unlike the other rings of power, it is a simple band of gold with no visible ornamentation and is inscribed with Sauron’s incantation and the verse of the ring in the Black Tongue, which is only revealed when it is heated or held by the Dark Lord. Its powers include invisibility, extension of the wearer’s life, Sauron’s control over it, and knowledge of the location of the other rings connected to it.
