Letterboxd has spread among moviegoers and has become one of the reference databases for lovers of the seventh art (if there are few). The platform, which allows you to rate all the films in the world, write reviews, save and follow your viewing in a thousand different ways, has started this always spectral month of October by announcing the 25 best scary and horror films of 2024 so far.

A list of the most varied, allowing us to discover all sorts of genre gems, to lament the little international cinema that reaches our cinemas, and to write down a good number of names to watch at home in a few days, when Halloween arrives and the skeletons, candy and pumpkins come out of the closet where we have locked them.
