This is how MrBeast and PewDiePie met in real life for the first time

The epic collaboration between MrBeast and PewDiePie has finally been released on YouTube, showing how the two giants met for the first time!

It’s been teased for a long time, ever since MrBeast himself posted about it on his Instagram account back in April of this year, but the video collaboration where he meets PewDiePie has finally been released on YouTube.

Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg was for the longest time the king of YouTube, breaking every subscriber record on the platform (as an individual) for years and years on end culminating in over 111 million subscribers. While his title was taken from him back in 2019 after a long battle with the T-Series network, he wasn’t beaten by another individual content creator until November 2022: Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson, with 148 million subs.

The two of them had actually collaborated before in a way: MrBeast was a big supporter of PewDiePie during his feud with T-Series, campaigning on sub races to get him to beat the Indian music label, which was why it was such a surprises when he himself outpaced him last year. Then in April of this year the two met up for the first time in Tokyo, while working on a collaboration. You can finally watch the video below.

“Even though we’ve been friends for a while, we’ve never actually met in person,” says MrBeast in the video. “And because this is such a long awaited meetup, I rented this entire amusement park. This is Fuji-Q Highland, the park with the scariest rides in all of Japan.”

In a very MrBeast fashion, the video showcases him trying out different budgeted vacations, with the largest being a $250,000 vacation in Tokyo that involved renting out an entire amusement park. It’s over the top, as expected, but fans are going crazy about the two biggest YouTubers finally meeting up in real life.
