This Super Bowl ad brings together Knuckles, Master Chief, Hey Arnold, Peppa Pig, Sir Patrick Stewart, and many more stars

Sir Patrick Stewart takes matters into his own powerful hands to save a group of Paramount+ stars in this wacky Super Bowl ad for the streaming service.

The Super Bowl is approaching fast and with it the legendary advertisements that appear throughout the NFL grand final, and this year there is one that aims to be the most prominent. We’re talking about the newest Paramount+ ad in which a cast of emblematic characters like Knuckles from the Sonic the Hedgehog movies, Master Chief from Halo, Peppa Pig, and Arnold from ‘Hey, Arnold’ all appear together. Furthermore, actors of the caliber of Sir Patrick Stewart, known for playing Professor Charles Xavier in ‘X-Men’ and Jean-Luc Picard in ‘Star Trek’, as well as actress Drew Barrymore and Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa are also present, all topped by the artistic genius of, what else, Creed.

The ad presents us with a scenario in which all these actors, presenters, athlete,s and fictional characters are trapped on Paramount Mountain. How will they get out of it? There is no better idea than seeing Sir Patrick Stewart in a classic American football uniform deciding to throw Arnold to the top of the mountain, all with the band ‘Creed’ in the background. Does he succeed? There’s no better way to find out than to see it for yourself, but the ad is loaded with a good dose of dark humor.

The Super Bowl and its gigantic advertising impact

The biggest game in American sports magnifies everything around it, and the same thing happens with the advertising. It is estimated that the cost of an advertising space in the Super Bowl ranges between 5 and 14 million dollars, depending on whether its duration is between 30 seconds and 1 minute. Tens of millions of people in the United States gather to watch the big game. Still, at the same time advertising is another important point for many of the spectators, and throughout the match, some of the most curious commercials of the year are broadcasted, as well as trailers and previews of some of the most anticipated series and movies, and even some games.
