What arcs will Season 4 of Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba cover?

Doubts about an arc that only has an extension of 9 chapters in the manga.

We are counting down the days to the premiere of the anticipated fourth season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, which, like its Season 3 counterpart, will be released on February 23rd under the title ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: To The Hashira Training’. This movie will show the end of the third season with the first episode of the fourth season and will be only one hour long. The doubts about the arc that the anime will adapt this year are many and is that the Hashira Training arc in the manga has a duration of only nine chapters. A short arc that helps to set us up for the final stretch of the story, but the doubt is whether we will see anything of the next arc.

The aforementioned movie ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ could give clues about the new season, and those lucky enough to see it point out that it contains original scenes that do not exist in the manga. What many call filler, although in this case, might be material adapted from the light novels or from the author herself, Koyoharu Gotouge, who helps add depth to her work with moments she did not include in the manga.

Will there be more arcs in the fourth season of Kimetsu no Yaiba?

The question that many fans of the series are asking is whether we will see something of the Infinity Castle arc. The penultimate arc of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ is one of the most anticipated, and there are more than a few who wish that we will be introduced to it in some way in this fourth season. This arc has a total of 45 chapters, the longest of the entire work, and this new season of the anime may somehow introduce us to it, but not delve further into it, leaving a lot of material for the future of the anime.

One of the advantages that the animation studio Ufotable has is that the manga of ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ is already finished, so they can perfectly manage the material to be adapted in each season.
