What time and when can the Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Zombies easter eggs be discovered?
CoD Black Ops 6 is releasing very soon, and with it comes a new round-based zombies mode complete with Easter Eggs for its new maps. Here’s when you’ll actually be able to unlock them.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is almost upon us, with its release date on October 25, it will be available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC (Microsoft Store, Battle.net, and Steam), meaning that players are only a few days away from jumping on them. And few are as excited as fans of the classic Zombies experience because it’s coming back with all of the features we love about it.
The fan-favorite round-based Zombies mode returns with two maps at launch: Terminus, set on a prison island, and Liberty Falls, a small town in West Virginia. Each map features an elaborate Main Quest (or Easter Egg), leading players through multiple steps to unlock story revelations.
While Black Ops 6 goes live at midnight Eastern on October 25, the Main Quests won’t be available right away. Players eager to begin solving the Zombies Easter Eggs will need to wait until 1 PM Eastern / 10 AM Pacific / 6 PM BST to jump into the action. This staggered release is intended to give everyone a fair shot at being the first to complete the quests.
Treyarch also revealed that the fan-favorite Der Wunderfizz machine, which grants access to all Zombies perks, will only appear on maps after reaching round 25. Until then, players must rely on individual Perk-A-Cola machines scattered throughout the maps. The return to round-based Zombies has generated oodles of excitement, and Treyarch plans to support Black Ops 6 with regular updates and new content throughout the year, which could include new Zombies maps and additional Easter Eggs.
