But a pandemic later, and with interests clashing, a power vacuum has been created. And Summer Game Fest is here to claim the throne.
The event, organized by industry veteran and journalist extraordinaire Geoff Keighley, is preparing to bring fans all over the world its 5th edition, set to begin on June 7, 2024 with a live showcase of announcements, world premieres, and updates on some of the industry’s biggest players. As is to be expected, many developers will make use of the event to share news about new and upcoming games, capturing the attention of gamers of all kinds. Where to watch Summer Game Fest 2024
Summer Game Fest 2024 will kick off with a live showcase, which will be streamed live from the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles, California. Everything starts on June 7, 2024, with the show going live at 2pm PDT/ 5pm EDT. You’ll be able to attend the event in person, with tickets going on sale on May 7, 2024. Summer Game Fest 2024 Conferences
In the coming months, the organizers of SGF 2024 will confirm the companies, publishers, and all the participants that will be at the event, in addition to the activities that will take place beyond the main conference. Meanwhile, SGF PlayDays will be an in-person invite-only event taking place in an as-of-yet undisclosed location in downtown Los Angeles, on June 8-10.

Devolver Direct

- This presentation will last about 20 minutes, with Volvy’s party being “a short but sweet opportunity to gather around your loved ones and celebrate gaming’s favorite mascot without anything weird happening”. PC Gaming Show 2024 date and time

- What to expect? An event dedicated exclusively to the world of PC, which in this year’s edition will show more than 50 titles, as well as exclusives and world premieres.
Ubisoft Forward 2024 date and time

- What to expect? The French company will show more about its two most anticipated titles for the remainder of the year: Star Wars Outlaws and Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
THQ Nordic Showcase date and time
