The 64th animated film from Walt Disney Animation Studios is about to hit theaters. We return to the world of anime, in a way, with the arrival of Zootopia 2, which comes nine years after the original. Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde are back, now not only to continue catching criminals, but also to repair their relationship.

Zootopia 2 will officially premiere in theaters on November 26, 2025. The wait is too short to see this new animated adventure.

‘Zootopia 2’ trailers

‘Zootopia 2′ already has some teasers and trailers that have been slowly teasing what will be the return of these characters. The first teaser was released on May 20th of this year:

The first official trailer appeared on July 30, giving us the first details of the film with the main conflicts finally coming to light.

Finally, the last trailer was released on September 29 this year.

The world of Zootopia is full of all kinds of species, sizes, and colors. And its cast is no exception. While many of the original actors who lent their voices to the first film are back, this time around we have new actors in both leading roles and quick cameos.

‘Zootopia 2′ synopsis

Having foiled a massive conspiracy and cemented an unlikely partnership, ZPD officers Judy Hopps (Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Bateman) have found that their new team-up hasn’t been as solid as they’d hoped after a mere week of working together. At the risk of being split up for good, the two take on a case that will take them to new corners of the city as they track down a fugitive snake named Gary (Quan). But as the chase continues and Gary’s guilt becomes more and more questionable, Judy and Nick’s simple tracking assignment quickly puts them on the run instead as they work to unravel another conspiracy involving reptiles, a family of lynxes, and an ancient book that may hold the key to everything.
