Why am I not getting the Juice WRLD skin when I log in to Fortnite? Solutions and Issues

The special Fortnite: Chapter 2 Remix is coming to a close this weekend with a huge concert featuring Snoop Dogg, Ice Spice, and the late Juice WRLD, who will debut a previously unreleased single. As part of the celebrations, Epic Games announced that two outfits inspired by the rapper would be available, one of which would be free for users who log in this week. However, several users on social media have mentioned that despite following the very simple instructions, this outfit has not yet been added to their Locker.

What’s happening with the Juice WRLD outfit in Fortnite?

According to what Epic Games announced last week, a free Juice World outfit with a Cellshade aesthetic would arrive for players who log in between November 25, 2024, at 9:00 am and November 30, 2024, at 10:00 pm ET. This outfit would be accompanied by a series of rapper-themed items within 24 hours of logging in.

However, to date, users on social media such as X (formerly Twitter) or Reddit, have begun to ask where his outfit is. From the comments, it seems that regardless of platform, PlayStation, Xbox, or PC, these users have been logging in repeatedly, hoping to see this bundle already redeemed in their locker. Some luckier users have commented that it took them longer than expected to receive it.

For now, Epic Games is already aware of this. Through its X account, FortniteStatus has responded to a user asking about this outfit, saying, “We’ve flagged this to the team for further investigation. Thanks for letting us know!” Since then, there has been no further comment from Epic, so we’ll just have to wait and see if it arrives before the much-anticipated event.

A paid outfit, Slayer Juice WRLD, will be available on November 28, 2024, and will cost 2,200 V-Bucks.
