Xbox Partner Preview: When it is, how to watch and what to expect at the new Xbox event
It will showcase a dozen games, including the new Alan Wake 2 expansion and the upcoming pirate-themed Yakuza.
Microsoft has announced a new edition of the Xbox Partner Preview that will take place later this week and will feature “over a dozen new trailers” and “multiple world premieres”. The event, which can be watched on the brand’s official YouTube and Twitch channels, will begin on October 17 at 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET and will last approximately 25 minutes.
As the name suggests, it will not be about Xbox first-party exclusives, but about “incredible partners like Remedy Entertainment, Sega, 505 Games and many more”. In fact, three names have already been confirmed: the new Alan Wake 2 expansion (The Lake House), the upcoming Yakuza with pirates (Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii), and a promising souls (Wuchang: Fallen Feathers).
“As always, Xbox Partner Preview is all about sharing exciting games news from our talented partners across the globe: you’ll get new game reveals, release date announcements, and fresh new gameplay from upcoming games”, explained the company’s note on the official blog.
