Xbox Partner Preview announced, will reveal gameplay for Tales of Kenzera: Zau and more
Microsoft has just announced an Xbox Partner Preview event, lasting 30 minutes and focused on third-party and indie games. Here’s everything we know.
Xbox is on a roll with broadcasts. We already had the first Developers Direct at the beginning of the year, and a few weeks ago a special podcast to talk about the changes in their business model. Now, Microsoft has announced a new Xbox Partner Preview that will take place this week and will feature 30 minutes of games from publishers like Electronic Arts, Capcom, Nexon, and more.
“Our Xbox Partner Preview format is all about sharing exciting games news from our talented studios from across the globe with no frills: just new game reveals, release date announcements, and fresh new gameplay from upcoming games, coupled with unique behind-the-scenes stories from developers on Xbox Wire,” reads the announcement. Among the titles announced for this presentation are Tales of Kenzera: Zau, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess and The First Berserker: Khazan, as well as “other great titles coming to Xbox, Windows, or Game Pass.”
When is the first 2024 Xbox Partner Showcase?
The first Xbox Partner Showcase of the year will take place this Wednesday, March 6th at 13:00 ET. Here are the times for the rest of the United States.
Where to watch the Xbox Partner Showcase
As usual, the streaming event can be followed through the official Xbox channels on YouTube and Twitch.
What have we seen in previous Xbox Partner Showcases?
If you think this is a stream to pass on, let’s see what this installment has left us with. At the most recent showcase, which took place last October, we had a mix of big titles and some surprises. There were names like Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, and Alan Wake 2, which accompanied other titles such as Robocop: Rogue City, The Finals, Spirit of the Nors 2 and Dungeons of Hinterberg. Now, with the aforementioned publishers, we have to imagine what we will be able to see in a few days.
