xQc’s dad reveals who his favorite female streamer is and shocks his son
Even streamers spend time with their family; on this occasion, xQc spent a few minutes with his dad in a rather peculiar activity on stream.
Spending time together as a family is important in everyone’s relationships. And in the world of streamers, it’s something you don’t see very often - being in front of the camera and playing is just another activity for one person per computer. But in a recent stream, xQc showed us that it is possible to do both.
xQc’s dad steals the show in a bizarre stream
In a recent xQc stream, the famous Canadian streamer left his seat to bring an extra chair and his dad as a special guest. In this segment, the streamer invited his dad to a special activity, a “Top Female Streamer World Cup” to decide who his favorite female streamer is. In a segment of about 25 minutes, father and son took part in this selection, going through a wide range of streamers.
During this segment, xQc showed all sorts of reactions to his dad’s choices. Considering that he knows several of these streamers, it’s no surprise that he was surprised, shocked, and some more emotions in between by his dad’s picks, who had opinions on Sasha Grey and even Amouranth. Eventually, the selected bracket came down to a grand final, where Amouranth and Pokimane emerged as the two most popular female streamers, very much in line with their real-life status as two of the biggest names on Twitch. In the end, xQc’s dad chose Pokimane for the simple reason that, like them, she’s Canadian.
As you might expect in these situations, the reaction from fans was swift. On Reddit, the entire segment of xQc with his dad was described as “unhinged”, with another user commenting that “never in a million years would I even consider doing this with my dad. you need to have a very good relationship with your father to do this, good for xqc.”
