Pokémon Legends Arceus: how to level up fast

Pokémon Legends Arceus is now available worldwide. The long-awaited Nintendo Switch title marks the beginning of an exciting new stage for the Game Freak saga, which reaches out to the action with pleasing results for the first time. The expeditions in Hisui to capture all the Pokémon and create the first Pokédex involves severe training of some creatures... and it's not always pleasant to have to invest more time to level up those species that evolve by level. What are Exp. Candies?

In Hisui we will be able to find and buy different Exp. Candies. These are a series of candies that grant certain amounts of experience points to Pokémon. Unlike Rare Candies - which immediately take the Pokémon that takes it to the next level - this type of candy offers a dose of experience directly proportional to its size.

They are available in sizes S, M, L and XL. As you can imagine, the ones that give more experience are the last ones, especially recommended for very high-level creatures or for the endgame. The bigger the size, the more experience.

How to obtain Exp. Candies in Pokémon Legends Arceus?

There are different methods to obtain Experience Candy in Pokémon Legends Arceus. Either by completing side quests (called Requests); defeating Alpha specimens, which are more powerful and high level; or buying them from Bonn at the store in the main avenue of Jubilife Village.
