What happened during the Toei Animation hack?

Between March 10 and 11, Toei Animation announced that on March 6 the company suffered from unauthorized access to its network, gaining access to internal company sites and systems, where some files were deleted or altered.

This attack affected not only the broadcasting of these series on several television networks in Japan but also delayed the release of the upcoming Dragon Ball movie, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, which was scheduled for release on April 22, 2022. Just recently, a new release date has been announced, June 30th, 2022.
