Fortnite Halloween 2022 Event: Ash Williams, Mr. Meeseeks, new Quests and more

Fortnite's Halloween 2022 event is already here. This is Fortnitemares 2022, which celebrates Halloween in the year 2022 and is part of Fortnite Season 4. Just below we list what are all its changes and features:

Fortnitemares 2022 in Fortnite: changes and new features.
These are some of the changes and new features brought by the Halloween 2022 event to Fortnite:
- DJ Lyka awaits at the Reality Tree to help transform you into a wolf-like monster... with wolf-like abilities.
- New Quests with free rewards are available.
- A new game mode is added: Zero Build Horde Rush.
- Classic items are unvaulted.
- New outfits like Ash Williams from the Evil Dead saga, and Mr. Meeseeks and Queen Summer from Rick & Morty arrive in the store.
- Fortnitemares ends on November 1 at 2 AM ET.
New Halloween item in Fortnite: Howler Claws
Howler Claws are a new weapon added to Fortnite with patch 22.20, which is the one that includes all the Halloween 2022 content. They are obtained by going to an Alteration Altar in the Reality Tree or other locations on the island, and complete the ritual.
This melee weapon allows us to activate the Wolfscent Ability, which has a temporary duration; while it lasts it allows us to mark enemies in a close radius. We can also perform a four-hit melee combo, and perform a double jump that inflicts damage to enemies upon landing.
New Halloween game mode in Fortnite: Zero Build Horde Rush
During Halloween 2022, Horde Rush returns, but with an important change: this mode is now Zero Build. In this cooperative mode for up to four players we must face the Cube Monsters and this time we will not be able to build to defend ourselves.
Zero Build Horde Stampede will be available until November 15, 2022, which is when Fortnite patch 22.40 will be released.
Unvaulted items return to Fortnite on Halloween 2022.
During Fortnite's Halloween 2022 event the following items are returning:
- Pumpkin Launcher.
- Candy
New free Quests and rewards for Halloween 2022 in Fortnite
Of course, Fortnitemares 2022 also brings with it new Quests that will be available on a daily basis for fourteen days. For completing them, we will get free rewards:
- For completing 5 Missions: the Everything's End Glider.
- For completing 13 Missions: the Chrome Cage Back Bling.
- For completing 25 Missions: the Unmaker Pickaxe.
Halloween content for Fortnite Creative during Fortnitemares 2022
Unsurprisingly, Fortnite's Halloween 2022 event also brings with it new themed content for Creative Mode. For two weeks, we will be able to enjoy featured Halloween-themed Creative Islands.
