Ragnarok arrives to the The Lands Between: check out the Kratos and Atreus mod in Elden Ring
From Software's action RPG receives one of the most anticipated mods to celebrate the release of God of War Ragnarok. Play with Kratos and Atreus.
If Elden Ring is one of the most popular video games of the year and possibly the one that has received the most mods throughout these months, did anyone doubt that this would end up happening? We didn't, since we knew we just had to wait for the release of God of War Ragnarok to play From Software's RPG with Kratos and Atreus.
The mod is the creation of Garden of Eyes (you can download it and try it for yourself through this link), and not only limits itself to introduce the protagonists of the Santa Monica game in the world of Elden Ring; it also allows us to play using weapons such as the Leviathan Axe, the Blades of Chaos and even Thor's hammer (Mjolnir). Below we show it to you in video, where there is a fight against the imposing Malenia.
Elden Ring and God of War Ragnarok, fighting for the GOTY?
Although you never know what will happen, it seems logical to think that both games will be strong contenders for the Game of the Year Award. With a 96 and 94 on Metacritic respectively, both Elden Ring and God of War Ragnarok are two of the most acclaimed games of the last decade. Will there be a third capable of standing up to them and fighting for the statuette?
In the analysis of our colleagues from Spain about the new adventure of Kratos and Atreus, they say that "Ragnarök fulfills most of the promises made by the end of God of War, and that is probably the best news. We are not facing a perfect title, it maintains some debatable design decisions and it is evident that, if you did not like the tone and rhythm of the previous one, this one will not make you change your mind. But in its idea, in what it wants to explain and above all in how it wants to do it, we are facing an excellent game at times and one of the best titles that the PlayStation factory has given in recent times".
