The Mandalorian season 3 gets a new trailer, and Pedro Pascal “can’t see shit” in the armor

The Mandalorian season 3, to be released this March on Disney+, brings back together Din Djarin and Grogu for a new adventure full of action and surprises.

Update:
The Mandalorian season 3 gets a new trailer, and Pedro Pascal “can’t see shit” in the armor

The countdown has begun. Din Djarin and Grogu’s journey to Mandalore is only a matter of time, and while there’s still many mysteries to untangle, the Super Bowl was chosen as the stage to show a new preview of the coming season. While it’s true that a lot of the footage comes from the first official trailer, there’s also new scenes that hadn’t been shown before.

In an interview with Empire, the man behind Mando in the show, Pedro Pascal, joked about the difficulties that come with wearing the mandalorian armor: “It’s like putting on a head-to-toe glove with weights on it. It’s ironic that you can’t see any facial expression because it puts you in the world so completely, and instantly makes the character feel real – but you can’t see shit!”

The reason why Din Djarin is headed to Mandalore was left very clear: he wants to atone for his perceived mistakes to be readmitted into the mandalorian cult of his tribe. At the same time, different forces squabble about who deserves to sit on the Mandalore throne. Will Bo-Katan get the Darksaber and be legitimized as ruler of her people?

Should you watch The Book of Boba Fett?

Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni have created a series of productions that are connected with each other closely, and most of them orbit around The Mandalorian. We’re talking about the many spin-offs that have been announced, several of which are to be released during 2023. At the moment, the only one that’s currently available on Disney+ is The Book of Boba Fett, a series starred by the most lethal bounty hunter of the galaxy far, far away.

While the plot behind this show is a standalone story up to a certain point, the last three episodes of the show are crucial for The Mandalorian, since Din Djarin and Grogu’s story is heavily advanced during those episodes. At the end of the second season of The Mandalorian, Grogu left Mando to train alongside Luke Skywalker. However, Boba Fett marks the beginning of the new season of The Mandalorian with a complex decision for the child.

The third season of The Mandalorian arrives to Disney+ on March 1, 2023. This year will also see the debut of Ahsoka and Skeleton Crew, but we still don’t have concrete release dates for these shows.
