2022 Little League World Series final: What teams are left and who’s playing on Sunday?
The championship matchup has been set for the 2022 Little League Baseball World Series, and it’s going to be a showdown between Hawaii and Curaçao.
The finalists of the Little League Baseball World Series 75th anniversary have been determined, and Hawaii and Curaçao will be slugging it out for the championship banner on Sunday, Aug. 28 at the Howard Lamade Stadium in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Both teams are representing regions with a history of Little League World Series victories.

The Hawaii Little League team had cruised to the championship match with a 42-1 record, and they continued their winning ways when they defeated Nolensville Little League in the United States Championship with a score of 5-1.
The final tally was closer at the International Championship game between Fu-Lin Little League and Pabao Little League, which turned out to be an intense battle of the pitchers, the deadlock being broken by Curaçao by way of excellent defense.
