Hall of Famer Mike Piazza is heading up Team Italy with a roster peppered with big-leaguers and top prospects. The ones to keep your eye on are Vinnie Pasquantino and Nicky Lopez, although they have enough MLB talent around the diamond to make Italy a tough competitor.

Team Italy find themselves in Pool A, playing their group games in Taiwan alongside Chinese Taipei, the Netherlands, Cuba, and Panama.
