Estados Unidos Update:

Aaron Judge is already a Yankees legend, and everything he does from here on only adds to his growing legacy. On Tuesday night against the Detroit Tigers at Yankee Stadium, Judge passed Yogi Berra on the franchise’s all-time home run list.

Coming into the game, Judge had 358 career home runs with the Yankees, matching Berra’s total. He didn’t waste any time making history. With the bases loaded during his first at-bat, Judge crushed a Casey Mize splitter right down the middle of the strike zone.

A homer that shook Yankee Stadium

The ball jumped off Judge’s bat at 110 mph, soaring toward right-center field. It was his 44th home run of the season and the 359th of his career. The blast gave the Yankees an early 1-0 lead in the first inning.

The Yankees’ all-time home run leaders

Judge is now closing in on the top four Yankees sluggers. Joe DiMaggio sits just ahead with 361 career home runs, meaning Judge could surpass him before the season ends.

Reaching the top three, however, will take time. Babe Ruth leads the franchise with 659 homers, nearly double Judge’s current total. Mickey Mantle follows with 536, and Lou Gehrig holds third with 493.
