Baseball: When is MLB Opening Day 2022?
Some baseball fans will wait a little bit longer for their dose of MLB action. A couple of opening day games have been postponed due to poor weather.

The MLB lockout had baseball fans worried about when baseball season would begin, but the league and the MLB Players Association have since come to an agreement. Although opening day was pushed back from the original date of March 31, no games would be missed.
However, some baseball fans will have to wait just a little bit longer to watch the season’s first games.

MLB: Two opening games postponed
The American League East season opener between arch-rivals New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox has been postponed due to the forecast of bad weather.
The Yankees announced that the game, to be held at Yankee Stadium, will be pushed back to Friday, April 8, at 1:05 p.m. ET / 10 a.m. PT.
The opening matchup between the Seattle Mariners and the Minnesota Twins has also been postponed due to the inclement weather forecast in Minneapolis. It has been rescheduled for Friday, April 8, at 4:!0 p.m. ET / 1:10 p.m. PT.
So far, other MLB Opening Day games are still pushing through as scheduled.
