As seems to the be the customary start to spring training, the Los Angeles Dodgers head into 2023 as favorites to finish at the top of the National League. The real trick is to see if they can translate that into a trip to the World Series.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts had a talk with his players before hitting the field for their first Spring Training practice, and the video went viral for his soft but firm motivation for the boys in blue straight out of the blocks on day one.
