New York baseball fans come in two flavors. Out in Queens, the Mets may be all the rage, but when you look at the city as a whole, there is no doubt that New York is a Yankee town. And it isn’t even close.

The dream of any baseball fan is to have season tickets to see their team play, and this is true in the Bronx just like it is in Houston or Atlanta. The difference, as with everything else, is price. As goes demand, so goes the price tag. And there is no greater demand for any ticket to any sport anywhere on the planet than the demand for a Yankees home game.

Single ticket plans

There are several plans for every budget when it comes to single tickets.

16-Game plan

You can get a 16-game plan, where you choose whether those games are Friday games, Saturday games, or Sunday games. The cheapest of these seats will set you back $335 for bleacher seats out beyond the visitors bullpen in left, which works out at $20.94 per game. Bargain!

If you are feeling a bit more flush, you can to all the way up to $4,007 for a seat in the VIP section, working out at $250.44 per game.

20-Game plan

Maybe you need a bit more Yankees baseball in your life than that. Not to worry, there is also a 20-game plan that you can purchase.

Much the same as the 16-game plan, but with a healthy mix of mid-week games thrown in as well. The entry-level price is $462 or $23.10 per game, and goes all the way up to $5,009 for a VIP seat, or $250.45 per game.

41-Game plan

Now you are working your way up toward true obsession. The 41-game plan gives you a seat for Opening Day plus every other home game for the season. The games will be throughout the week and could see you catching games one and three of a series if you are lucky.

Prices start at an even $1,000 for the Grandstand Level in the outfield, essentially the top of the stadium around the left and right field lines. This works out at $24.39 per ball game. The top end is the Field VIP seat which will set you back $10,267 or $250.41 per game.

Full season plan

Still not enough? Boy you really are a Yankee fan! I hear you, pal. You need to see every single home game in the Bronx. Don’t worry, they’ve got you covered.

The entry-level full-season ticket is the same as the 41-game plan, but gives you access to every single home game of the season, from opening day to the end of the regular season. And it will only set you back $2,117 or $34.15 per game over the 62-game schedule.

For those in the market for a VIP seat, you will need to fork out $18,079 or $291.60 per game over the stretch.

Flex Plans

Perfect for the Yankees fan who doesn’t live in the area, or perhaps the busy New Yorker who can’t commit to an entire season, but would still like to see some baseball over the season, the Yankees offer a Flex Plan, which allows you to build a personalized plan of 12 or more games.

You select the games that you want to see, which are divided into two groups, where you get three from the premium matchups (such as the home series against the Red Sox) plus nine or more from the second group, which includes the rest of the calendar.

Prices will vary depending on how many games you choose.

Private Suites

Luxury Suites

If you want something a bit more fancy, you can plump for a private suite. They can accommodate from 16-36 guests and come with all-inclusive ball park food (hot dogs, chicken tenders, popcorn, chips, cookies, brownies) and soft drinks. Beer is included for guests over 21.

Prices start at $9290 for the 16-person suite, or $580.63 per person.

Party Suites

Thinking less luxury and more party? The Party Suites can hold from 35-80 people and offer a full menu for you to host your party while you take in the ball game.

The Club Suite

More of a laid-back lounge or pub feel, the Club Suite will offer all of the same benefits of the Party Suite in a more tasteful atmosphere. Can hold from 45-100 guests.
