The New York Yankees swept the series against the Houston Astros, winning all four games. In the fourth game at Minute Maid Park, the Yankees sealed their victory with a score of 4-3. After a less successful season, the Yankees are determined to regain their prominence and have started the 2024 season on the right foot.
“That was a Yankee classic right there. Juan’s debut—that was pretty special out of him. Come up, get his first hit, first at-bat, he takes a walk. Then come up there and, the biggest moment of the game, just be cool, calm, and collected and deliver a strike home,” said Yankee captain Aaron Judge after Juan José Soto Pacheco’s debut.
