Guardians vs. Yankees: Can Cleveland end its streak of winner-take-all losses?

The ALDS series is down to its last game, and the momentum has shifted back to the Yankees. The pressure is on the underdog Guardians, as they have been defeated in seven straight winner-take-all matchups in the postseason.

Cleveland could have wrapped up the series on Sunday night but New York managed to stay alive in the competition via a 4-2 victory. The Guardians however are used to having the odds against them, and are hungry to advance to the ALCS for the first time since 2016.

Whoever wins the do-or-die contest tonight will move on to face the Houston Astros in the American League Championship Series.
