ESPN is set to exclusively broadcast MLB’s four Wild Card Series next week, spanning from Tuesday to Thursday. The sports media giant has also unveiled the broadcast teams covering these pivotal matchups.

The composition of the broadcast teams closely mirrors last year’s lineup, with a single notable change. Sean McDonough will take the reins, stepping into the role previously held by Dave Flemming. McDonough will join the talented crew of Jessica Mendoza, Tim Kurkjian, and reporter Coley Harvey.

Division Series:

  • Texas Rangers vs. Baltimore Orioles: Karl Ravech, Tim Kurkjian
  • Minnesota Twins vs. Houston Astros: Dave O’Brien, Eduardo Pérez
  • Philadelphia Phillies vs. Atlanta Braves: Jon Sciambi, Doug Glanville
  • Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Los Angeles Dodgers: Roxy Bernstein, Jessica Mendoza

League Championship Series:

  • American League: Karl Ravech, Eduardo Pérez, Tim Kurkjian
  • National League: Jon Sciambi, Doug Glanville

As the regular season was over, the dramatic race unfolded in the American League, and four teams were vying for three playoff spots.

In the National League, the Wild Card race was equally compelling, with five teams mathematically alive for two coveted spots three days before the end of the season. While some teams at the end were eliminated, the competition remained fierce, making an exciting lead-up to the Wild Card Series.
