The New York Yankees are off to an impressive start in Major League Baseball this season. They swept the Series against the Houston Astros by winning all four matches last weekend and have now started with a mark of 5-0 after defeating the Arizona Diamondbacks 5-2.

The New York Yankees, also known as the ‘Bronx Bombers,’ have started the current season with a record of 6 wins and 0 losses. This is the first time the team has achieved such a record in 32 years. They had achieved this record in 1933, 1988, and 1992. It’s worth noting that the 1927 Yankees also started with a 6-0 record, but they tied in their third game.

Luis Gil and the Mexican Víctor González spotlighted

Luis Gil, a starter for the ‘Manhattan Mules’ baseball team, successfully returned to the field after his Tommy John surgery. Meanwhile, Víctor González, a Mexican pitcher, achieved his first rescue for the team and helped them secure a top spot in the American League of MLB.
