Who are the commentators for the 2024 MLB World Series?
Who makes the presentation and broadcast team at this year’s Major League Baseball postseason World Series between the New York and the Los Angeles teams?
Major League Baseball’s postseason World Series has been terrific, and the television ratings have been soaring to historic heights, with the Los Angeles Dodgers leading the series 3-0.
It didn’t take much expertise to know that a New York Yankees-Los Angeles Dodgers Fall Classic would be a best-case scenario for baseball and FOX, the official broadcaster of the World Series.
And that’s precisely what we have as the two best teams in their respective leagues proved their prowess again under the October lights.
The coverage of the World Series kicked off last Friday, setting the stage for baseball’s premier event. Kevin Burkhardt, known for his engaging hosting style, is leading the studio show. He is joined by an impressive lineup of baseball legends: Derek Jeter, the iconic Yankees shortstop and captain and five-time World Series champion; Alex Rodriguez, the famous Yankee slugger, and three-time MVP; and David Ortiz, beloved for his clutch performances and a championship pedigree coming out of Boston.
In the broadcast booth, Joe Davis is the play-by-play commentator, bringing his expertise and enthusiasm to the game. He will be joined by John Smoltz, a Hall of Fame pitcher and astute analyst who will provide insights and commentary throughout the matches.
On the ground, reporters Ken Rosenthal and Tom Verducci will conduct interviews and provide live updates from the stadium, capturing the excitement of the event as it unfolds.
