Estados Unidos Update:

Stephen Curry was forced to leave the Golden State Warriors' game against the Toronto Raptors due to a pelvic contusion with the point guard not participating in the remainder of the game.

Late in the third quarter of the game, Curry dribbled and as he looked to make a pass, he collided with two Toronto defenders and fell awkwardly.

Curry limped from the court and failed to play again in a game that saw Golden State dig deep in the fourth quarter to win (117-114).

After the game, Warriors coach Steve Kerr said: “He was trying to come back (into the contest). He thought he might be able to come back. We just decided not to risk anything. So, hopefully it’s not bad.”

Curry wound up scoring 17 points in 25 minutes as the Warriors won for the ninth time in 10 games. Golden State is 16-3 since making a trade for Jimmy Butler III, who had a triple-double against Toronto.

How long will Curry be absent for?

After studying the MRI scan, the Warriors medical team will decide on a recovery plan for the point-guard depending on the severity of the bruising.
