Bronny James sends inspirational message to family member after 46-year first
Bronny put in his best individual performance for the Lakers in the NBA in the defeat to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Thursday was a good night for Bronny James, if not the Los Angeles Lakers, as the young guard had comfortably his best night in the NBA to date against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Bronny James follows Magic Johnson after career-high NBA performance
With father LeBron and Luka Doncic among a host of Lakers stars sidelined by injury, James Jr was given a chance to shine, playing a career-high 30 minutes at Crypto.com Arena. That resulted in him scoring 17 points (plus three rebounds, five assists and 70% field goals), blitzing his previous best of nine, which he achieved against the Utah Jazz on February 12.
That saw the 20-year-old become the youngest Lakers rookie to reach such numbers in a single game since Magic Johnson did so all the way back in his first NBA season in 1979.
That, however, will be relatively little consolation to JJ Redick, who saw his team convincingly beaten 118-89, ending a run of four consecutive victories. The returns of LeBron, Doncic, Austin Reaves and more, however, should be imminent.
Following his stand-out game in the NBA, Bronny spoke to the media and was prompted to send a message to one of his family members, although perhaps not the one you might think.
While LeBron and Bronny have become the first ever father-son duo to play together in the league, another James, 17-year-old Bryce, is also hoping to go far in basketball.
Bronny’s message of advice for brother Bryce James
And the new Lakers star had the following to say when asked about the advice he gives to his younger brother.

“When we were younger, the main thing was having fun, playing your game, being confident in yourself.
“As I became a senior, he’s a senior now, it’s just to have that mindset of working because there’s a lot of kids out there that want to be in my spot or his spot, and we can’t take that for granted. So just keep working.”
Bryce James, listed as 6ft 6in, is a shooting guard who announced his commitment to play college basketball for the Arizona Wildcats in January.
