The Indiana Fever secured a 71-70 victory against the Chicago Sky at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, marking their second win of the 2024 WNBA season and their first at home. All five Indiana starters scored in double figures, with Kelsey Mitchell and NaLyssa Smith leading the way with 18 and 17 points, respectively.

Rookie sensation Caitlin Clark contributed 11 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists. The University of Iowa graduate has become the second player in the WNBA to achieve 150 points, 50 rebounds, and 50 assists in the first ten games of her career.

The game, which was part of the Commissioner’s Cup, was decided in the final minutes due to the contributions of Chennedy Carter (scoring 19 points and grabbing six rebounds) and Dana Evans (scoring 12 points). However, Marina Mabrey failed to make one of the two free throws she attempted with six seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.

Having had an outstanding career with the South Carolina Gamecocks, she made her debut in the league. Despite entering the game as a substitute and only playing for 18 minutes due to committing five fouls, Kamilla displayed some of her talents by scoring 11 points and securing six rebounds.
