After defeating 2021 champions the Milwaukee Bucks 4-1 in the first round, the Heat will now bid to reach the conference finals for the third time in four years, having last season been beaten to the Eastern crown by the Boston Celtics. Miami are chasing a first NBA title since 2013.
Knicks:
The Knicks, meanwhile, haven’t qualified for the conference finals since 2000 - and haven’t lifted the Larry O’Brien Trophy since all the way back in 1973. Tom Thibodeau’s men were also 4-1 winners in the Eastern Conference first round, beating the Cleveland Cavaliers.
