All eyes will be on Las Vegas for the next week and a half as the top young talent in the league heads to Sin City for the NBA’s Summer League. The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Orlando Magic will tip off the action on Friday, July 12th, and we will have a full slate of action until a champion is crowned on July 22nd.

Risacher and Sarr to debut

We all know winning the Summer League isn’t always the top priority for teams that send their newest draft picks and first or second year guys to get a little more playing time. The next ten days will be a chance for scouts, coaches and GMs to get a feel who might fit into the team and how they might fit into the team next year.

As Dallas Mavericks Summer League coach Jared Dudley reminded us before the 10 day slate of exhibitions take place, stats aren’t always what’s going to matter when evaluating a players ability to make it on to a roster next year. “There will be some 25-point scorers here that will not play in the NBA next year. There will be some guys who average 5 or 6 that will,” Said Dudley.

There may not be the hype surrounding this year’s edition as there was last year when Victor Wembanyama was the center of attention in Vegas. We have already got a chance to see Bronny James who is probably the headliner of the Summer League, but we will get our first look at Atlanta’s No. 1 pick Zaccharie Risacher and No 2 pick Alex Sarr.

Here is the complete Summer League 2K25 schedule for the next 10 days. All games will be broadcast on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN+ and NBATV.

All games played at Cox Pavilion or Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas
