The US Men’s National Basketball Team is through to the semi finals in the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup where they will face Germany.

After coming in seventh place in the last World Cup, Team USA has lived up to the hype this year, sweeping through all competition and topping Italy in the quarterfinals. Defending champions Spain had a shock exit in round two and even the USA dropped a game to Lithuania. But the quality of the squad that Team USA has with them has seen them through in Manila.

A team of 12 players, including NBA talents like Anthony Edwards, Jalen Brunson, and Austin Reaves, is ready for the tournament. This team has new leaders: Grant Hill, who is taking charge as executive director for his first big international event, and Steve Kerr, who is coaching a national team for the first time.
