Now 40 years of age and still going strong with the Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James is considered by many basketball fans as one of the greatest players ever to play the game.

Back when the Akron born player was playing with the Miami Heat he was put on the spot by a reporter and asked to name his top three NBA stars of all-time.
LeBron’s top three
There was absolutely no hesitation in Lebron’s number one choice as he opted for Michael Jordan and he stated the Chicago Bulls star on a number of occasions.

The power forward then hesitated with the remaining choices before opting for Dr. J. (Julius Winfield Erving II) with the New Yorker tearing it up with the Knicks and the 76ers in the 70s and 80s.

Celtics legend Larry Bird was LeBron’s final selection and as the interviewer pressed LeBron, he was allowed to select Magic Johnson as a fourth pick.
