Green slams teammates
When things aren’t going right, that’s when its up to the team leader to try and take the team on his shoulders and course correct on the fly. Draymond Green has certainly had words with his teammates in private, but he told the media that some of his teammates need to step up and commit to the process. "I think everybody was committed to winning [back then] and doing that any way possible," Green said. "Right now, it doesn't feel that way." Both he and Curry are the only ones remaining from the GS dynasty so if anyone knows what it takes to start playing and flowing like the Warriors team of the past, it’s him.
Curry back to 100%?
Steph Curry is back for the Warriors and they will be hoping that he can lift them out of this funk they have been on over the last couple weeks. He came back last game and struggled from the field as he looked to find his groove he had before the illness. With a game under his belt, he will try and rebound from a slow night and get back to lighting up the scoreboard. He knows he’ll need some help and for that he’s going to look to Jimmy Butler and Johnathan Kuminga.

Western Conference standings
Taking a look at the early season standings in the Western Conference, we see the Thunder at the top of the standings, but right behind them are the Spurs at 8-2. Three teams came into the night with 8 wins this far into the season. The Nuggets and the Lakers have had good starts to the season, and the Warriors had a nice first couple weeks, but since then have dropped to 6-6 and have really struggled on the road. They are undefeated at home but are just 1-6 on the road and have a long road trip ahead of them. Right now they are in Play In position, and that’ not where coach Kerr and the Warriors are looking to be once the end of the season comes close.
Spurs star watch
No one in the NBA has had the kind of start to their season that Victor Wembanyama has had. He started the season off with a 40 and 15 game against the Mavericks and he has been rolling since. Despite a “down” week last week which saw him score 9 against the Suns, 19 against the Lakers and 18 against the Pelicans he is averaging 25.7, 13 rebonds and 3.4 assists and add another 4 blocks a game. He is a menace on defense, and unstoppable on the offensive end of the floor. All eyes will be on Wemby tonight, but can the Warriors slow him down?

Warriors star watch
At 37 years old, Steph Curry can still shoot the lights out but unfortunately his body doesn’t hold up like it used to. It’s a natural things that happens to everyone who tries to battle Father Time. An illness kept him out for three games, and last game against the Thunder he struggled from the field going just 4/13 and 1/5 from downtown. He had a great start to the season as the Warriors won four of their first five games, and he’s still averaging 25 ppg while shooting 44% from the floor and almost 40% from long range. You have to expect that he will be back to his back despite being on the second leg of a back to back and still feeling the effects of an illness that kept him out last week.

Spurs last game
The Spurs went to Chicago and rattled off their third straight win as Wemby led the way for San Antonio. The first half went back and forth as San Antonio controlled the first quarter but Chicago would find their flow and take a one point lead into the halftime break on some fantastic three point shooting, but Wemby was saving the best for last. He dropped 18 of his 38 in the final quarter and the SA defense locked down, holding the Bulls to just 19 point as the Spurs held off Chicago 121-117.

Warriors last game
Embarked on a six game road trip last night in Oklahoma City, taking on the defending champions on a night in which Steph Curry came back from an illness, but Curry struggled to find his rhythm and scored just 11 points all night. OKC was led by SGA who put up 28 and 11 while Holmgren went a perfect 9/9 from the field as OKC took a 19 point lead into halftime. That shot up to 35 at the end of the third quarter and the Thunder were able to take their foot off the gas for the final quarter.
