Griner spent 10 months in a Russian prison
Just last month, the WNBA player landed back in Texas after spending 10 months in a Russian prison.
This thanks to a prisoner exchange between the two countries, after many days of exhausting conversations.
“It means a lot to know that she’s here, at home safe with her family. And all the work that went on behind the scenes to make that a reality,” continued Chef Curry.
